Deferral policy
Participants can defer their entry to the following year in the event of an injury or medical issue. If you are unable to use your deferral the following year, we are unable to provide extensions.
For the 2024 event, deferral requests must be made before July 14, 2024, at 11:59 pm (PST).
A $75 administrative fee (+ tax & processing fees) will be applied when you redeem your registration the following year. Please do not register before you receive your deferral code, as we do not offer refunds. Deferrals may not be transferred to another participants.

Transfer policy
Participants can transfer their registration to another rider for the same year. The cost for transferring an entry is $15 + tax and processing fees.
For the 2024 event, transfer to another person must be completed online before August 12, 2024, at 11:59 pm (PST),

All registrations are non-refundable. No exceptions.
