Transfer policy
Participants can transfer their registration to another rider for the same year. The cost for transferring an entry is $15 + tax and processing fees.
For the 2026 event, transfer to another person must be completed online before August 7, 2026, at 11:59 pm (PST),

All registrations are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Online registration must be done by or before Wednesday August 12, 2026. After which, registrations must be done August 13th or 14th at Rider Check-in. No changes or registrations will be allowed at Late Rider Check-In.
1. You can transfer your registration to another person, but this has to be done online before August 7th, 2026 at 11:59pm
2. Distance changes are to be done online before August 7th, 2026 at 11:59pm
3. All changes are to be done by Friday August 14th, 2026 as no changes will be allowed at Late Rider Check-in on Event Day, Saturday August 15th from 6:15 to 11:30am.
