Rider Check-In
Thursday August 15th 2024, 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Friday August 16th, 2024: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
Where: Trek Bicycle Store Victoria– 338 Catherine St, Victoria, BC
Come on down to the Tour de Victoria HQ at our favourite bike shop to get yourself checked in, pick up your swag and socialize with your fellow riders. You’ll also have a chance to meet some of the TDV sponsors to see what they have to offer. Our ride ambassadors will be on-site with maps and information and can answer any questions you have about the ride. And it’s conveniently right beside Spinnaker’s Gastro Brewpub!
At check-in, you will receive your bike plate, timing chip, zap straps to affix the plate to your bike, a wristband for post-race food and beer, and your sweet swag. You will be asked to add your name, emergency contact, and medical info on the plate.
Late Rider Check-In (event day)
Saturday, August 17th, 2023: 6:15 am – 11:30 am
If you can not make it on Friday, we will have a late rider check-in directly where the rides start, on the Legislative Grounds (501 Belleville St). Please arrive at least 1 hour prior to your start time; you will still need to receive your rider package. Swag will not be handed out till after the ride, so please remember to come back for your swag. It will be available in the tent next to the check-in.
Merchandise Sales & Pick-Up
There will be a Tour de Victoria merchandise area with a limited number of Tour de Victoria jerseys, shorts, t-shirts, and additional merchandise for sale. If you pre-ordered a jersey or shorts, they will be available there for pickup.
We will have a limited order of t-shirts for sale if you didn't order one.
*Please note the jersey and shorts quantities are limited. We suggest coming early if you intend to purchase but did not pre-order.
Bike Check
There is no mandatory bike check for the Tour de Victoria. At the Rider Festival and Check-In, the mechanical support team will be there, and you’re invited to bring your bike down and have them take a look. For those who are flying into Victoria, avoid the hassle of putting your bike together and bring it down with you. Even better….ship it directly to the bike shop. The team at Trek Bicycle Store Victoria will be offering full tune-ups, bike builds, and other services for a special Tour de Victoria rate.
