2025 was the last year riders could defer to the following Year (ie to 2026), we don’t offer deferrals any longer.
On our registration page, as well as our FAQ Page, it states that all registrations are non-refundable, there are no exceptions to this policy. There is also an area in the registration where you have to check a box and agree to our no-refund policy. But we do offer a Refund Protection for a small charge during registration. This protection is in case you need to cancel.
Information on transferring to another rider can be found via this link, but you will have to find a rider to transfer your ride to.
As a reminder, for this year's 2026 event, transferring to another person must be completed online before August 7, 2026, at 11:59 pm (PST)
